To ensure smooth coordination and minimize disruption during the Chinese New Year / Lunar New Year period, we kindly advise our partners to take note of the following:
- Plan shipments well in advance, particularly for cargo with tight ETD / ETA requirements around the holiday period.
- Submit booking requests, shipping instructions (SI), and documentation early, as processing time may be longer due to reduced manpower during holidays.
- Anticipate a slight delay in response times during official public holidays and adjusted working days, especially across Asia origins.
- Communicate any urgent or time-sensitive cases clearly and ahead of time, so we may assess feasibility and support accordingly.
